Room Hire of the Community Rooms

1. The Meeting Room

  • Located on the ground floor.

  • Toilet facility suitable for disabled users.

  • Baby changing facility.

  • Kitchen with microwave cooker.

  • Blackout for windows.

2. The Upper Room

  • Located on the first floor (access via circular metal staircase).

  • Toilet.

  • Utility room with large sink.

  • Blackout for windows.

Both rooms have

  • Heating.

  • Water Heaters.

  • Full range of crockery and cutlery.

  • Electric kettles.

  • Loop hearing system.

HIRE CHARGES

Charge per hour for first two hours £8.50
Charge per hour thereafter £6.00
Extra charge for functions £10.00
Hire of wine glasses £5.00
Use of loop hearing system £2.50

Concessionary rates for charitable organisations, youth and senior citizens groups and for block booking are available on request.

DEPOSITS

£10.00 deposit payable at time of booking, balance payable on collection of keys. A £30.00 refundable deposit is required for function use payable one week in advance.
