Tower Appeal update December 2011

Work began in November to repair loose stonework on the tower parapet and renew the base of the flagpole on St George's church.

Steel pins have been inserted to fix the stones in place

The stones being re-positioned

with thanks to Alliance Technical Services for photos of work in progress

Phase 1 work completed - west side

north side towards showground

east side towards Mount Street
